After the defeat of the sahuagin, the party has earned a well deserved rest. But also, they discuss how they plan to spend their well earned riches as well as where they can sell many of the items that they retrieved from the infiltration of the sahuagin fortress. It was suggested by many that they would need to go to larger city, possibility Niole Dra, capitol of Kepoland, or even the Free City, Greyhawk, far to the north.
They decide to take the long sea voyage to Wooly Bay, the city of Harby, and then on to the Free City herself, Gem of the Flaness.
The shipwright, being a true and devoted sailor and follower of Osprem, the Suel goddess of Sea Voyages, Ships, and Sai, informed them that they must have perform a unnaming ceremony before they rename the Sea Ghost. Both require an expensive bottle of sparkling wine, while the unnaming requires the removal of all references to the Sea Ghost to be removed or obliterated from the ship herself. Then, an invocation by a priest beseeching that the name of the ship to be removed from the Logbook of the Depths.
The naming ceremony also requires an invocation by the priest to have the new name placed into the Logbook. The renaming must take place when Luna is in the opposite phase as she was in the unnaming. The most fortuitous time for the unnaming is done at a waning Luna, so the renaming should be done when Luna waxes.
As luck would have it, the 25th of Flocktime (5/25) was the waning Luna, and the 11th of Wealsun (6/11) was the waxing of Luna.
On the 25th of Flocktime they perform the unnaming, and the priest tells them the gods of the sea have accepted the unnaming.

The Sea Ghosts refit is finished.
